Non-Homemaker Provider Services for Contracts Effective October 1, 2018
The Executive Office of Elder Affairs (Elder Affairs) contracts with Bristol Elder Services, Inc. (Bristol) to administer homecare programs for persons 60 years of age and over residing in the greater Fall River, greater Taunton, and greater Attleboro area. This includes determining the client’s eligibility for services.
Bristol is seeking proposals for the provision of non-homemaker services. Successful proposals will result in contracts effective October 1, 2018.
This Request for Proposals does not commit Bristol to award a contract or to pay for costs associated with the preparation of a proposal. Bristol negotiates its own rates and reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, wholly or in part, if it is in the agency’s best interest to do so. All providers must meet Elder Affairs standards and performance criteria. Bristol requires contracted providers to receive payment through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Unsolicited attachments will not be considered.
