An Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) is a collaboration between two key networks, Aging Services Access Points, that serve elders and Independent Living Centers (ILCs) that serve people of all ages with disabilities.  The ADRC capitalizes on the strengths of the two networks and provides seamless access to long-term services and supports; maximizes nursing facility discharges; and increases community services options for people, regardless of age, disability, or income.  Contacting any ADRC member will give you the information you need about community-based care options.

Bristol Elder Services is a member of two ADRCs:

     · ADRC of Southeastern MA is comprised of Bristol Elder Services, Coastline Elderly Services, Old Colony  Elder Services, and Southeast Center for Independent Living and

     · Southern MA ADRC is comprised of Bristol Elder Services, Independence Associates Center for Independent Living, Old Colony Elder Services, and South Shore Elder Services
