Long Term Care Ombudsman Program What is it? A program which provides resolution of concerns and complaints, advocacy and information, and referral to residents of nursing and rest homes. Ombudsman staff and volunteers regularly visit with and advocate for residents.
Who’s eligible? Resident of nursing or rest homes.
Which facilities does Bristol serve? All nursing and rest homes in Greater Attleboro, Greater Fall River, and Greater Taunton.
