Purchased Services Clerk
The Purchased Services Clerk is responsible for coordinating and assigning vendor services for all consumers, identifying vendor availability needs, and conducting various vendor and client surveys. This position monitors daily provider reports, tracks provider performance, and notifies appropriate staff of need for follow up. Daily duties are rotated as part of a team.
-High school diploma or equivalent, two years of clerical experience
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-The successful applicant must have strong customer service skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, proven organizational and time management skills, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
