If you are a disabled or chronically ill MassHealth member of any age, you can hire your own PCA to provide daily help with a full range of tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and managing medication.

A registered nurse and occupational therapist will evaluate the type and level of assistance you need.

Individuals who participate in this program become the employer, and are responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the PCA.
